A breathtaking pale-pink silk and ivory satin custom-made 20th Century Fox gown dating back to the early 1960's. Though I am unsure of which production this gorgeous gown is from, the detailed construction and meticulous attention to detail makes me think the garment was designed for a leading lady. This captivating dress has a fully boned corset-style bodice with alluring criss cross draping. My favorite detail is the dramatic pink roses floral appliqué shoulder. The silhouette is unbelievable; an hourglass nipped-waist met by elegant sculpted high-low pleated skirting. I love the color combination which totally channels that Old Hollywood beauty queen aesthetic so popular during this time. We added many pictures so you can see just how special this garment is.
