In this gorgeous early 1950's 'Old Hollywood' seductively sculpted dress, the detailed construction and meticulous attention to detail are comparable to what you will find in modern haute couture. This captivating cocktail totally reminds me of something Marilyn Monroe would wear to a premier or red carpet appearance. The garment is fashioned from luxurious mid-weight candlelight silk satin that has been carefully beaded and adorned with sparking prong-set rhinestones. The intricate pale pink floral embroidered appliqué detailing gives the dress so much depth and interest. This workmanship alone must have taken weeks to finish.
