An ultra rare and truly breathtaking Balenciaga haute couture blonde colored genuine mink fur bomber jacket dating back to the late 1980's. It is easy to see the level of quality in this magnificent piece; the fur is extremely supple and soft. The bomber jacket has an incredible large scale flowers and flying butterflies carefully dyed in different brown shades. This type of scenic work is immensely hard to do on fur and must have taken weeks to complete. I love the front zip-up style and optional bold high-neck. There are two hidden pockets, a draw-string waist, and the most fantastic elasticized wrists to keep the sleeves perfectly in place. I love how thoroughly modern it feels. Perfect with jeans or for the dressiest evening event. It is an exquisite example of wearable vintage luxury from one of the most important houses of the modern era.
