An absolutely gorgeous and ultra rare French metallic graphic floral print lamé & black fox-fur coat dating back to the mid 1920's. Evening garments from the flapper era remain a perennial favorite, perhaps because no other period combined opulence with such youthful flair. The wide sculpted dolman-sleeves and casual straight cut embodies the flapper's 'party till dawn' attitude. The luxurious fox-fur mixed with sparkling metallic lamé whispers wealth and status. The colors of the metallic lamé are extraordinary; a fiery sunset of red, orange and yellow. It closes with two hidden front hooks and the cut will adapt to pretty much any frame. This antique 1920's French lamé and fox-fur coat is in beautiful wearable condition. The garment is unlined but can definitely be worn as-is or relined.
