A simply stunning late 1930's Arthur Weiss designer dress fashioned in a beautiful gradient blue and ivory floral silk. The print alone is so striking! Arthur Weiss has been noted as being the largest maker of dresses in the United States during this time and I can see why. The bodice has gorgeous gathered shoulders and voluminous balloon sleeves in the same hue but reversed. So clever! This figure flattering garment, with matching sash belt, skims the hip and falls to a chic tea length. A elegant example of American fashion design during this era. The pictures say it all!
