Pedro Rodriguez was the Spain's foremost fashion house, right there along with Cristobal Balenciaga. Rodriguez never went for the full global market, but rather he focused on providing the very best for Spain's fashion elite. His hallmark was classic elegance and the finest fabrics available. His rare custom couture designs were found in the wardrobes of wealthy Americans who traveled to Spain for his creations. This one-of-a-kind gown is fashioned from vibrant pink silk-faille decorated with pink pearls, crystal beads and prong set rhinestones hand-crafted in relief. I love the sleeveless curved v-neck cummerbund bodice. The separate square-cut train falling from the back really sets this dress apart from others. Breathtaking and timeless; I totally imagine this gliding down the red carpet.
