1976 Hanae Mori Couture Floral Silk Chiffon Belted Kimono-Sleeve Gown

An iconic and instantly recognizable Hanae Mori couture kimono-sleeve gown dating back to her 1975-76 collection. Whilst on a Paris holiday in 1960, Mori had a fateful fitting with Coco Chanel. She claimed this meeting changed her life and she challenged herself to realize her own dream of designing haute couture. By 1965 she had launched her own line and had orders from prestigious stores such as Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.

The vibrant blue mixed with the pops of fuschia, red and green truly makes this an epic piece.
