A whimsical and totally unique 'champagne flutes and sequined bubbles' novelty black and white satin gown by Tan Giudicelli of Paris. He was known for his surrealist approach to fashion and this dress is no exception. Talk about the perfect New Year's Eve look! The elegant strapless bodice has an asymmetric white winged ruffle that cascades down the entire gown. This whole bottom panel is then heavily beaded and embroidered with celebratory glasses. We added many pictures so you could see how gorgeous the workmanship really is. This figure flattering garment accentuates the bust, nips in the waist while skimming the hips with the overlap skirt style. For every woman, novelty fashion is a wardrobe must-have.
