Timeless Vixen is excited to offer this breathtaking documented Bill Gibb museum-quality bohemian dress from his 1970 couture collection. His pieces are very collectible and found in museum's around the globe. A similar version of our dress can be found in the archives of the Aberdeen Maritime Museum. The mixture of textiles is genuis; bohemian earthtone floral with bold checkered graphic. I love the luxurious hippie chic leather suede trimming with provocative lace-up bodice. Just look are the gorgeous beaded fringe detail on the lean, long sleeves! The sculpted empire waist compliments the free sweeping pleated skirt. It's a garment for all ages, simply because it exudes an undeniably unique flair, and yet remains incredibly current.

This 1970 Bill Gibb documented designer couture dress is in very good wearable condition with no stains, fade or missing beaded fringe. Only signs of wear are a professional repair near the underarms to protect aged silk done in matching fabric and some natural fray to parts of the silk. Perfectly working back metal-zipper. A wonderful wearable investment piece that will only continue to increase in value.
