Lagerfeld's strongly conceived and modernistic designs throughout his tenure never compromised the supple femininity for which Chloe was renowned. He uses an ingenious tiered ruffle technique which really gives the garment so much depth and texture. I love the elegant periwinkle-blue pattern featuring lavender and sage circles.
