1976 Bill Gibb Documented Floral Silk Beaded Halter Pleated Backless Dress

Breathtaking Bill Gibb documented designer gown from his 1976 collection. His pieces are very collectible and found in museum's around the globe. The mixture of textiles on this dress is genius; floral print handkerchief pointed silk with black pleated silk edged in pastel ribbons.
