Breathtaking Bill Gibb documented designer gown from his 1976 collection. His pieces are very collectible and found in museum's around the globe. The mixture of textiles on this dress is genius; floral print handkerchief pointed silk with black pleated silk edged in pastel ribbons. I love the seductive halter-neck backless design with beaded palmettes, fringe in shades of grey and metallic embroidery. It's a timeless garment simply because it exudes an undeniably unique flair, and yet remains incredibly current.
