Gorgeous documented polka-dot silk three piece suit by the famous Jean-Louis Scherrer label. At the age of 31, Stephane Rolland took over as Artistic Director for the Jean Louis Scherrer Haute Couture atelier, making him the youngest couturiers at the time. This rare ensemble is from the Spring/Summer 2004 Haute Couture presentation and is the actual runway defile sample presented and worn on the runway, Look 19. I love the lean, long button trimmed tailored jacket with unique split-sleeves. The optional collared chiffon plastron can be worn under, as shown. Complete with matching high-waisted cuffed wide leg trouser pants; the ensemble is effortlessly chic. The pictures really say it all. A one-of-a-kind documented piece of wearable art.

This Jean Louis Scherrer Haute Couture three piece runway ensemble is in excellent wearable condition with no rips or holes. The jacket and pants are hand-finished, fully lined and free from stains. The under plastron has some slight wear from use. A rare designer investment piece that will only go up in value
