This absolutely spectacular Christian Dior turquoise crystal cabochon beaded statement belt dates back to John Galliano documented 2008 runway cruise collection. Under Galliano’s direction at Dior (1996–2011) the house entered a new era of theatrical glamour and couture fantasy. Composed of strands of pale aqua beads accented with faceted rhinestones, large oval cabochons, and pear-shaped crystal drops, this hip-sitting belt drapes beautifully with movement. The centerpiece features an oversized brilliant-cut stone encircled by turquoise and sea-foam gems, with two matching medallions flanking each side for perfect symmetry. A chic finishing touch: the belt features Galliano-era “D” silver charms throughout, with the back chain adorned by two letters each engraved with Dior logos. For styling, we paired it with a 2001 s/s John Galliano goddess gown, though the belt looks just as incredible worn over jeans. No matter how you style it, this gorgeous archival Galliano for Dior belt is the outfit.
